Arrival at the airport. 

A shuttle bus will be picking up guests every 90 minutes from the airport to go to Aparthotel Ponent Mar (Son Caliu, Calviá) Those who prefer to take a private transport, should inform to the organizators in advance to arrange the service properly.

8pm - 9:30pm

Welcome cocktail and finger food by the pool.

A gorgeous pool bar & restaurant called Embat Restaurant within the hotel premises is the location chosen to celebrate the first welcome event. A selection of hot & cold bites will accompany a first glass of cava and other drinks.

9:45pm - 10:15pm

Transfer to Pirates Reloaded Show in Magaluf.

10:30pm - 1:30am

Pirates Reloaded Show in Magaluf.

Brilliant acrobatics, amazing atmosphere and fantastic customer service for VIP customers like us. The atmosphere is electric. The skill of the cast is superb and not an empty glass anywhere. A must see for anyone visiting Magaluf.

1:45am - 2:00am

Transfer from Magaluf to hotel.
