The hotel should be booked separatey by the guests using the link provided. Each will select the form of accommodation that best fits their needs in terms of room preference or expected occupancy. The hotel has implemented the code "Sports Weekend" that must be used before completing the reservation process to get a special discount on the room rates. Friday 10th

  • Transfer from the airport (shared transfer)

Saturday 11th

  • Breakfast at the hotel (included in the room rate)
  • El Toro's Rugby game and lunch
  • Bus to/from Palma's Port
  • Sunset catamaran and food & drinks pack
  • Guided pub crawl in Palma Marina

Sunday 12th

  • Brunch at the hotel (optional)
  • Brunch at Pirates Beach Club (optional)

All external consumptions not included in the following packs must be paid directly:
  • Hotel related extra charges: minibar, SPA treatments, food or drinks outside scheduled events, ECO-tax (€4/person/night)
  • Pirates Reloaded Show: sangría, beer, wine and soft drinks are included in the price. Long drinks or special cocktails are not included.
  • Welcome cocktail and finger food: only included the drinks served during the food service (welcome drink, beers, soft drinks, water and wine)
  • El Toro's Rugby lunch: only included the drinks served during the food service (beers, soft drinks, water and wine)
  • Sunset catamaran: only included the drinks served during the food service as per package (beers, soft drinks, water and wine).
  • Guided Pub Crawl: drinks not included. Price negotiated with each to be charged when showing a flyer to the bar staff.
  • Brunch at the hotel: only included the drinks served during the food service (beers, soft drinks, water, cava and wine)
  • Brunch at Pirates Beach Club: only included the drinks served during the food service (beers, soft drinks, water, cava and wine)
  • Magaluf leisure activities: none of them is included in the pack.
The hotel is paid by each guest upon check out. The activities should be prepaid in order to have an accurate number of attendees and a smooth organisation of the events. All payments must be done via bank transfer.
